I became a certified personal trainer in 2004 and a certified yoga instructor in 2005. Using my 30 plus years of personal and professional experience, I've helped individuals of all ages and fitness levels get in the best shape of their lives. I can give you the guidance, support and coaching you need to be successful, too.

I work with all of my clients at the best gym in Howard County, the Colosseum Gym, located in Columbia, Maryland.
