Personal training is not a one size fits all proposition, but all of my clients who have had substantial success had one thing in common. They were all 100% committed to achieving their goals. I became a certified personal trainer in 2004 and a certified yoga instructor in 2005.

Using my 30 plus years of personal and professional experience, I've helped individuals of all ages and fitness levels improve their physical fitness and overall health. I specialize in helping mature adults address their unique challenges, so that they can remain active, healthy and able to perform the tasks of daily living without injury. Whether you are looking to gain basic fitness, improve your stability and strength through yoga or get in the best shape of your life, I can give you the guidance, support and coaching you need to be successful.


I offer my clients in person and remote training and fitness classes, depending on their goals, as well as their concerns regarding COViD-19. My home base is the best gym in Howard County, the Colosseum Gym, located in Columbia, Maryland.
